Eligibility: This offer is available exclusively for retail store activations, corporate events and display home openings within Victoria. Events must be scheduled to take place in January.

Payment Requirements: Full payment must be received by Friday, 6th December to confirm the booking and secure the offer.

Artwork and Branding: Any custom artwork, logos, or branding elements required for the event must be provided by Friday, 6th December. This ensures we can complete production on time before our holiday shutdown period.

Exclusivity of Offer: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or special offer. It is designed to provide maximum value as a standalone package.

Gift Vouchers and Credits: Gift vouchers, store credits, or any other previously issued credits cannot be applied to this offer. Only direct payments are accepted for this promotion.

Package Quantities: The package quantities listed in each offer (e.g., number of servings, cups, or other items) are fixed and cannot be reduced. However, additional items or add-ons can be included at the client's request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Travel Charges: Travel charges are not included in this offer and will be calculated based on the event location. These will be added separately to the final invoice.

Booking Availability: This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. Due to high demand, we recommend early booking to secure your preferred date.

Non-Refundable: All bookings made under this offer are non-refundable. Once payment is made, changes or cancellations will be subject to our standard event policies. Date changes beyond January are not available with this offer

No Substitutions: The package inclusions are as specified and cannot be substituted for other items or services.
